According to reports, Denver Mayor Mike Johnston officially signed into law a bill passed by the Denver City Council on Monday (16th), prohibiting the sale and distribution of flavored tobacco and nicotine products within the city and county of Denver. The bill was approved by the City Council with an 11-1 vote and stipulates that no retail tobacco store may "sell, offer for sale, order, exchange, deliver, or supply any flavored tobacco products or their samples."
